From our warehouse to your doorstep — here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you fast and intact.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed (Monday through Friday). "Processing" means picking, packing, and preparing your order for handoff to our carrier.
High Volume Periods
During major sales or holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer. We'll always communicate any expected delays clearly via site banners or email.

Delivery estimates begin counting from the date your order ships, not the date it was placed. Total time = processing time + shipping transit time.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries worldwide. International orders may take longer due to customs processing, typically adding 5–10 business days to the estimate.
- Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- Fees are not included in the checkout total.
- Check with local customs for estimates before ordering.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally, factors outside our control — like severe weather or carrier delays — can cause shipments to take longer than our standard estimates.
- We monitor all shipments for major delays.
- We'll investigate with carriers on your behalf.
- We'll keep you updated every step of the way.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect information provided at purchase.
- Contact us immediately to update pending orders.
- Orders cannot be redirected once shipped.
- Return-to-sender items may incur restocking fees.
Lost or Missing
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and wait 48 hours as carriers sometimes scan ahead.
- Report missing packages within 7 days.
- We'll open an investigation with the carrier.
- We'll work toward a replacement or refund.
