Got questions? Chances are we've already answered them below. We've organized everything by category to make it easy to find exactly what you're looking for.
Ordering
Browse the site, add your favorites to the cart, and head to checkout when you're ready. Enter your shipping and payment details, double-check your order summary, and confirm — we'll handle the rest from there.
We start processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations can only be made within 2 hours of placing your order. Reach out to us right away at hello@maraz.com with your order number.
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's still missing after 30 minutes, reach out to us with the email and name you used at checkout, and we'll confirm your order manually.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Detailed info is available on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link. You can also view tracking info by logging into your Account and checking your order history.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
Head to your Account page, select the relevant order, and follow the return prompts. No account? Just email us at returns@maraz.com with your order number.
Sizing & Fit
Every product page includes a detailed, garment-specific size chart. We strongly recommend comparing your own measurements rather than relying on your "usual" size from other brands.
We recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit, or sizing down for something more tailored. Check the specific fit guidance (true to size, runs small, etc.) in the product description.
