Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet our architectural standards for quality and care.

- 02 Original tags still attached
- 03 Free of odors, stains, or makeup marks
- 04 Original packaging included
The Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. We believe that's enough time to actually try something on and decide if it's right for you — without the pressure of a rushed decision.
How to Start a Return
Our return process is designed to be as seamless as our silhouettes. Follow these four simple steps.
Initiate
Log in to your account or email us at returns@maraz.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
Receive Label
You'll receive a prepaid return shipping label and step-by-step instructions directly in your inbox.
Pack & Drop
Securely pack your items, attach the provided label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Processing
Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5–10 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to be processed on our end.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Specify your preference when starting your return. We'll ship your replacement as soon as your original item is received and inspected.
If your desired replacement is out of stock, we'll offer a full refund or store credit instead.
Final Sale Items
Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This is always clearly indicated on the product page and at checkout.
The only exception is in the case of a genuine manufacturing defect.
Damaged or Incorrect
If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, and we'll cover the cost of return shipping.
